The IT Project Manager will oversee the management and governance of IT and information systems projects across the organization. This role will establish and continuously improve project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, while collaborating with IT leadership to plan and execute quarterly and yearly project portfolios aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Project Management Oversight:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and information systems projects:
o Ensuring timely delivery, quality, scope adherence, and budget compliance. 
o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams.
o Responsible for early notifications, raising flags and on time and suggesting mitigations.
o Promote clarity and alignment by communicating effectively, responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholders. Maintains communication with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
PMO Framework Development:
Design, implement, and maintain standardized project management methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices tailored to the company’s technology environment.
Portfolio Planning:
Lead quarterly and annual IT project portfolio planning sessions in partnership with CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Governance and Reporting:
Establish governance structures, track project KPIs and metrics, prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, vendors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project delivery efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational agility.

Required Experiences

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 
    • 4–5 years in IT project management roles, ideally in a high-growth tech startup or fast-paced environment.
    • In-depth applied knowledge of standard program/project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Salesforce projects is a strong advantage.

    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English for clear interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and skilled at introducing structure and clarity where needed.
    • Proven experience in stakeholder management, supported by exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrates a collaborative, team-oriented approach with a consistently positive and engaged attitude.
    • Customer-focused and service-minded, with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining high professional standards.
