We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join the physical end-point products division (aka Edge DX team) in the UK. This is a full-time, permanent remote position.

Responsibilities:
·       Assist agent/desktop testing across multiple platforms
·       Assist in maintaining integrations with our other QA projects for consistency and visibility
·       Work closely with developers in the UK and the current QA lead
·       Document and evaluate test results as well as defects, track / manage defects, work hand in hand with development team to troubleshoot issues
·       Verify and understand linters and unit tests written by developers (.NET, Swift, Python, Node.js)
·       Provide updates on project progress, including test cases executed, bugs discovered as well as bugs fixed, following a detailed process and helping to continually improve the process

Requirements:
·       Experience with data collection from Windows 10/11 and ideally MacOS and Linux desktops/thin clients
·       Experience as a self-starter, reporting into the QA Manager on the US West coast while UK QA lead drives the day to day
·       5+ years professional testing under Agile working directly with developer(s)
·       Experience with agent/remoting software for collecting data and remotely supporting user desktops is a plus
·       Experience using Git in distributed version control such as Bit Bucket / Azure DevOps
·       Experience testing Enterprise software gained at a commercial software product company
·       Enjoy working in a dynamic, startup company environment
·       Experience with Agile Scrum / Kanban and sprint ceremonies
·       Experience with CI/CD principles and tools preferably Azure DevOps
·       Experience working in small start-up culture companies
·       Experience with VMware, VirtualBox or any other Virtualization software
·       Organized, creative thinker, self-motivating, team player
·       The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency and hands-on expertise in C# programming, including but not limited to software development, debugging, and optimization.
·       Must be eligible to work in the UK
·       Must hold a valid passport and be willing and able to fly to North America (USA and Canada) for quarterly meetings and occasionally other international destinations. You must be fully vaccinated to avoid having to self-isolate at the destination for international flights.
