What You’ll Do:
- Optimize & Standardize Processes: Design and document workflows, streamline handoffs across teams, and lead our Beta & Design Partner Programs.
- Turn Data into Insights: Analyze product usage, track performance metrics, and help drive data-informed decisions.
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools to automate workflows and uncover customer needs.
- Manage Tools & Systems: Own and optimize platforms like Azure DevOps, UserVoice, Confluence, and more.
- Drive Product Communication: Coordinate critical updates, migrations, and feedback loops across stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role or industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in AI and automation
- A team player who’s organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
