We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive net-new business growth in our Sports & Entertainment vertical, targeting mid-market and enterprise-level organizations across both the U.S. and international markets. If you’re inspired by helping sports teams innovate using AI, thrive in strategic selling environments, and bring deep connections across pro sports and collegiate programs — we want to meet you.

This is a U.S.-based, remote role, with occasional travel expected for customer meetings and key industry events.

Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end sales process with a focus on new business acquisition in the sports vertical.
    • Prospect into professional sports leagues, teams, colleges, and sports technology organizations to build pipeline and close deals.
    • Manage deals averaging $75K+ in ARR, with sales cycles typically 2–3 months.
    • Target accounts aligned with enterprise quota expectations of $1.2M annually.
    • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene.
    • Engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive decision-makers and business/technical users.
    • Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to drive vertical strategy.
    • Stay current on industry trends, evolving customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
    • Travel as needed for customer meetings, key industry events, or team collaboration.

Qualifications

    • 5–7+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of new business acquisition in mid-market and/or enterprise accounts.
    • Experience working in or selling to sports or entertainment clients is strongly preferred.
    • Strong network in major league or collegiate athletics a plus.
    • Proven ability to manage multi-threaded, complex sales cycles from prospect to close.
    • Experience navigating $1M+ annual quota environments.
    • Adept with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders.
    • Self-starter with a competitive edge, high integrity, and a passion for winning.
    • Bonus: Background in fan engagement, ticketing tech, sponsorship, or related areas in sports business.
The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $150,000 per year, with an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $260,000 - $300,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
