You are eager to get your foot in the door at a fast paced, rapidly growing startup. You will demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing team. In partnership with sales and operations teams, the Account Coordinator collaborates with existing clients to support the growth of the account. You are an integral part of the sales and operations process, moving at a smooth and consistent pace. You'll bring the enthusiasm and aptitude necessary to get the job done!
You will have ownership of:
- Handling order entry and QA
- Quoting customers
- Enabling new account setup
- Setting appointments
- Acting on the front lines to assist with active orders
- Acting as a client facing liaison
You have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree
- 0-3 years in a customer facing role
- Startup or tech experience a plus
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude
