You are eager to join a fast paced, rapidly growing startup. You will be the sales manager for a group of account executives, who are looking to land new business from shippers, in addition to growing business from existing customers. You are a true coach, using data, KPIs and activity metrics to provide feedback, help grow and nurture the account executives. By building strong bridges of trust, you will set the groundwork for your team of account executives to thrive and be successful. We are looking for someone with high energy and drive and with a proven track record of attracting, hiring, growing and retaining top sales talent. You will be measured against both quantitative metrics around sales performance along with qualitative metrics around people development and company values.
You have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience
- 3+ years of team management experience, including direct people management, performance management and coaching Data-driven, analytical decision maker
- Previous technology industry/startup experience a plus
