Who we are

We're a small team that believes providing access to better financial insights and tools improves people’s lives, so we’re taking money matters into our own hands.

Our product is a personal finance management app for iOS and Mac that people actually love using. Copilot takes advantage of machine learning to deliver powerful, hyper-personalized finance data insights to help users effortlessly understand and manage their spending, budgeting, and investing. We also use crowdsourced feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Apple recently named us as a finalist for the 2023 App Store Awards, and has named Copilot one of the best finance apps in the App Store. And we're only getting started!

The Position

    • In this role, you'll operate as our CEO Andres’ right hand running the “business side” of the company. You should not just understand that we are a product-first company, but rather view our product obsession as our greatest asset. We will continue to win based on the quality of our product, full stop. But, we believe that an exceptional first business / ops leader can create substantial leverage for us. Some of this leverage will be internal — running a tight ship, keeping the trains running on time. Some of it will be external — sourcing and closing new partnerships that improve our product, structuring financial instruments that can accelerate our growth, and finding ways to do more “heavy lifting” on behalf of our users.     • This is a hybrid position based in New York City, you’ll be required to come into our office in Brooklyn at least 2 times a week along with the rest of the team. We work from home the rest of the week, but the office is always available.
