The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role. 

Essential Duties

    • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies for each role.
    • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
    • Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on career website as well as other relevant posting websites.
    • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, multi-step interviews, and offers.
    • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications.
    • Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
    • Manage and prioritize daily tasks such as sourcing, preliminary conversations with candidates, and scheduling of the interview process. 
    • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
    • Build solid relationships and serve as a partner before, during, and after the talent acquisition process.
    • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
    • Participation on the recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute recruitment programs and strategies to fill current openings.
    • Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting.
    • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to articulate company value proposition to candidates. 
    • Ability to make outbound calls and build relationships by phone. 
    • Superb communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills. 
    • Strong team player willing to assist with tasks, as needed. 
    • Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work independently. 
    • Be creative and resourceful. 
    • Have an entrepreneurial mindset. 
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced environmentand to adapt to changing priorities. 
    • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applications, Internet, and Outlook.
    • Experience with full life cycle recruiting and hiring. 
    • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting. 
    • Help to build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. 
    • Experience with LinkedIn to network and outbound call passive candidates. 
    • “Deep dive” into candidate networks, throughout various markets to find the right talent. 
    • Strong negotiation skills. 
    • Experience in agency or high-volume recruiting.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
