Core Digital Media is looking for an IT Support Temp to work with our Help Desk team. We are growing rapidly and hiring at fast pace. We need assistance in getting equipment set up for our new team members. Experience with both Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and MacOS are required. This will be a 6 month temp role with an opportunity to potentially convert to full time. We are currently working remotely and the role will be remote with occasional trips to an empty office as needed. The health and safety of our team members is paramount and we will not return to the office until it is safe to do so.

Responsibilities While Remote

    • Setup and Configure equipment for new hires
    • Experience with computer imaging /deployment (Jamf a plus)
    • Mac Support & Troubleshooting
    • Ability to work & support teams remotely with occasional trips to the office required
    • A good understanding of Microsoft Windows 10, MacOS and Microsoft Office 0365
    • Experience working with a ticketing system
    • Document, track and monitor tickets to ensure a timely resolution
    • Ability to clearly document processes and configurations
    • Serve as first point of contact for support requests
    • Confident with Installing applications, software updates and patches
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Able to work 8am – 5pm (first IT shift of the day)
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support role
    • Potentially provide after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation
    • Inventory management

Responsibilities When Back in Office

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and or ability to relocate office equipment
    • Respond to telephone calls, emails and requests for tech assistance
    • Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair and resolve customer desktop issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printers/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, hardware peripherals and other desktop related equipment.
