We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology industry, with a specific focus on cloud technologies. As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our products, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

1) Project Management

Lead and manage the entire product delivery lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

2) Team Leadership

Provide effective leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.

Motivate and mentor team members, ensuring a high level of engagement and productivity.

3) Cloud Technology Expertise

Leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to drive innovation and optimize product delivery processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest cloud solutions into project strategies.

4) Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure successful delivery.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

5) Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.

Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager, preferably in the technology sector.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Products: Specifically S/4 HANA, SAP RAR, and/or SAP SOM.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product deliveries.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

- Local to the Greater Seattle Area.
