Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager specializing in Compliance, Regulatory, and Physical Security, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing initiatives to uphold legal and regulatory requirements while safeguarding our physical assets and personnel. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our organization operates in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, while also mitigating risks related to physical security threats.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Compliance Management:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and develop action plans for remediation.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and oversee responses to inquiries and audits.
2) Regulatory Affairs:
Lead regulatory compliance efforts for new products, services, or initiatives, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory experts to interpret complex regulations and develop strategies for compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and documentation as required.
3) Physical Security Management:
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate physical security risks, including access control, surveillance, and incident response protocols.
Manage relationships with security vendors and contractors to ensure the effective deployment of security systems and services.
Conduct security assessments and audits of facilities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
Oversee emergency response planning and training exercises to prepare for various security threats.
4) Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional project teams to execute compliance, regulatory, and physical security initiatives on time and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and solicit feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, compliance, regulatory affairs, security management, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on compliance, regulatory affairs, and/or physical security.
In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to compliance and physical security (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST standards).
Proven experience developing and implementing compliance programs and physical security measures in a corporate or regulatory environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with incident response, insider threat, and user access management.
Proven experience working with global teams.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
