We’re looking for an experience and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager who can take Cortex to the next level, building brand awareness and making it more accessible for Engineering teams across the globe.
📍 Location
We’re remote-first and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US! We have quarterly offsites where we fly the whole team out to a new location so we can meet in person, get to know each other better, kick off important projects, and have fun!

đź’Ľ Responsibilities:
- Develop and own go-to-market execution of new product features and strategic initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering Team to drive product ideation and develop demo scripts, training videos, and interactive tools that address specific user flows and use cases.
- Conduct market research and customer feedback panels to understand customer experience identify opportunities for improvement
- Plan the execution of retention activity for current customers, understand customer behaviors for Cortex's user personas, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Set strategy to meet renewal and growth goals
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
✔️ Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaSS company (startup experience is a strong plus)
- Experience with taking a product from zero-to-one
- Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans
- Demonstrated track record of building successful go-to-market programs and campaigns
- Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $175,000 and $185,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
