The ideal candidate has worked in high growth, entrepreneurial B2B software technology organizations and is skilled at developing pipelines capable of consistently exceeding Sales quotas. 
 
Location requires candidate to reside and work in Austin, Texas at our Cosential headquarters, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. 

Responsibilities:

    • Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be empowered to sell our leading SaaS application solution and related services to prospective new AEC firms nationwide
    • Effectively create and supplement your pipeline with a superior prospecting mentality, experience with prospecting tools and real, bottom line results in pipeline contribution
    • Own the demonstration and sale of our complete value proposition via the telephone, web conferencing, and face to face customer meetings
    • Become a master of the full range of Cosential technology, products, and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
    • Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process

Requirements:

    • BS/BA degree or higher, or equivalent job-related experience
    • 5+ years of Sales Experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
    • Experience in leveraging a leading CRM solution
    • Skilled in delivering superior product demonstrations
    • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Practitioner of a proven sales methodology
    • Accurate forecasting and proven ability to exceed quota

Bonus Points:

    • Experience selling into Architect, Engineering or Construction firms
    • Experience working at companies between $10M-$50M in ARR
