The Impact of a Sr. Lead Program Manager at Coupa:

As a Sr. Lead Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex technical projects from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

    • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
    • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders regularly.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project management.
    • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • PMP or Agile certification is required.
