hese roles will be focused on the Supply Chain Design and Planning area and result from Coupa’s recent acquisition of LLamasoft.  LLamasoft helped the majority of the Gartner Supply Chain Top 25, 50% of Fortune 100 companies, plus numerous other large corporations, top consulting firms, and prominent Government agencies worldwide to tackle the most complex supply chain issues the world has ever seen.  We do more than build the supply chain design and decision software in use by some of the world’s leading brands. We also put our technology to work for good. As a member of the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and in projects with world health organizations and government entities, LLamasoft’s advanced supply chain analytics are being used to design how to get aid, vaccines and medical supplies to people in need in some of the most remote and complex settings. Customer Value Managers represent the primary point of contact and a strategic advisor for the life of the Coupa customer.  We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated past success in using their deep Supply Chain knowledge across multiple industries and processes to build customer engagement, generate customer value, drive analytics/technology adoption, and expansion.

On a daily basis you will

    • Work with / coach customer teams to develop and drive customer value strategies and to achieve customer’s value objectives 
    • Be the subject matter expert on supply chain design, decisioning and planning; developing supply chain design, decisioning and planning operations
    • Seek and Support opportunities identified for supply chain design and planning capability growth within customer accounts, and align with Sales on next steps and participation required to be successful with this opportunity.
    • Provide a consistent point of contact for assigned customers in the region and serve as the senior executive relationship manager for all assigned accounts, facilitating customer success metrics and roadmap development workshops, where applicable
    • Drive periodic business reviews, plan and develop account strategy (engaging sales and wider teams, where appropriate for upsell opportunities)
    • Accountable for assigned customer renewalsLiaise with the Product Management team to provide market/client intelligence regarding technology needs, and contribute to product strategy decisions
    • Develop content/collateral and foster collaboration amongst the wider team, not only in region but globally ensuring that there is the potential to share learnings and learn from others.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

    • Significant experience (15 years plus) Supply Chain experience, covering multiple Supply Chain process areas 
    • Understanding of technology planning, implementation and impact on business with In-depth experience of Supply Chain Design and/or Planning software highly desirable
    • Experience with Software as a Service and migration from desktop/on-prem to cloud technologies is a plus
    • Ability to develop executive level relationships, ideally already demonstrated through Customer Success, Pre-sales, Business consulting and/or client management experience 
    • Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and German required
    • A bias for action and be comfortable with navigating complexity and ambiguity
    • Travel: up to 50% between base and customer sites
