In the treasury space our teams mainly leverage the .NET core framework and typescript & react to implement complex business requirements and keep our application state-of-the-art. We work closely with our product managers to speak the same language, not only in speech but also in code. 

We strive to deliver excellent cloud applications to our customers by including modern software engineering best practices into our daily work.

We containerize our modernized stack in a kubernetes cluster to maximize flexibility to our engineers while being able to standardize across our distributed service landscape. We use GitHub, Jenkins and octopus to ensure a streamlined development and delivery of our product, always holding up to our high quality standards.

During your first month you will:

- get your swag package to celebrate your arrival

- have a warm welcome from colleagues who are always happy to help

- attend sessions that will enable you to get to know our products, organization and processes

During your second month you will:

- be encouraged to give feedback on your Coupa experience so far

- receive the bulk of your role specific training

- get deeply involved with your team to get your hands dirty

In your third month you will:

- create with your supporting manager a development plan that ensures you get, what you need and can go in the direction you want

- continue to learn and work with your team

Once you are fully onboarded you will:

- design and work on features with your team that ensure the success of our customers

- participate in our community to evolve together

- develop yourself according to your individual development plan
