We are looking for a high-energy, modern marketer to help us deliver growth in the UKI, Nordics and Benelux (EMEA North). 

You'll be part of a dynamic marketing team with strong European-based leadership, focusing on results to support an EMEA business that's driving its own destiny.

You will have regional responsibility for UKI, Nordics and Benelux (EMEA North), advocating for sales and ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy and vision.

Working closely with the leadership team in EMEA North and reporting to the Director of Marketing (EMEA), you will devise field marketing plans to drive pipeline using a variety of strategies, including ABM. You will be data-driven to ensure that you maintain full insight into campaigns and optimise them accordingly.

The role is highly collaborative and visible – you’ll be working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams - liaising with key stakeholders, sales, marketing operations, alongside other marketing functions to orchestrate multi-channel programmes.

How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day

    • Work closely with Marketing colleagues and the EMEA Sales Area VP and Regional VP to develop programs that will support pipeline and revenue goals
    • Develop strategies to execute best-in-class Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs which increase average contract value and pipeline velocity
    • Ensure quality and timely campaign execution across all marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: field events, Direct Mail, Email, Webinars, Digital and Display Advertising
    • Manage all elements of the plan including research, budget, planning and localisation of the messaging and content assets
    • Work with marketing operations to share the performance of your campaigns and what you learnt from them with leadership teams
    • Plan and execute local events with precision across the region
    • Leverage PR to support demand generation and customer marketing activity
    • Work with the Alliances (Partner) teams to support enablement and build integrated programs for partners

What You Will Bring To Coupa

    • Experience in high technology B2C/B2B enterprise software or SaaS required
    • Adept at organising both large and small field events that deliver the right audiences for the sales teams.
    • Proven campaign management experience that aligns to sales objectives
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce essential, knowledge of working with platforms such as Tableau, Demandbase and LinkedIn a plus
    • Great written and verbal presentation skills
    • Positive self-starter, unafraid to take action, comfortable with high growth situations and ability to work under pressure
    • Highly collaborative approach to working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams with the ability to persuade others to take action when required
    • Bachelor’s degree minimum required  in marketing, business or related field
    • Ability to travel 20%
