We are seeking experienced Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team in Bogota, Columbia. You will work to support enterprise customers of Coupa’s cloud-based platform and be part of a global team. Responsibilities:
- Assisting in troubleshooting 2nd-level technical issues.
- Answering 'how to' technical and application configuration questions.
- Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
- Work with other business units, including the Integration team, Operations, and Customer Success/Care, as required, to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the creation of knowledge articles in Coupa's knowledge base.
- Business event monitoring of customer production environments.
Requirements:
- Committed to providing quality customer care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish, English (B2 required), and Portuguese (preferred).
- The ability to articulate solutions to complex technical problems in a clear and simple way.
- Technical experience (academic or commercial) in Unix/Linux, XML/XSL/XSLT, XML, SQL/MySQL, phpMyAdmin, REST API, Shell/Bash, Ruby (on Rails), Python, or other scripting languages.
- A technical evaluation could be performed during the hiring process
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor or technical degree in Computer Science, or equivalent job experience.
