This role is focused on flawless execution and speed in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with deep expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and digital ad formats. They understand how creative translates across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc.) and bring a craftsman mindset—delivering polished assets that meet performance goals.
Success in this role requires creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt assets quickly for different platforms and placements.
Responsibilities
- Produce performance-ready creative assets across digital and social platforms, with a focus on short-form video, motion graphics, and static variations.
- Execute flawless design and motion work that drives engagement and aligns to campaign objectives.
- Adapt and version creative assets for different platforms, ad formats, and audience needs.Collaborate with copywriters and media teams to ensure design aligns with performance goals.
- Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, modern approaches to digital-first creative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets on fast timelines.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on video editing and motion graphics for advertising and social content.
- Proven experience producing creative for paid media campaigns (social, video, display).Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital ad creative and performance-oriented design.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for asset management and rapid adaptation.
- Knowledge of digital platform specs, best practices, and creative trends (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display).Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality; thrives under fast-paced conditions.
- Organized, reliable, and collaborative communicator.

- Hybrid schedule : work in office Tuesday - Thursday

- Must be available to work a Central time zone work schedule
