MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, plus 3 years of client-facing account management experience.
Any experience with all of the following:
- Agency and media experience.
- Business and marketing strategy.
- Leading and mentoring teams.
- Overseeing client accounts in an Account Services role.
- Account management and project execution.
- Problem solving and data analysis.
- Creative thinking and learning agility.
- Presentation and negotiating skills.
- Operating under tight deadlines.
- Working across multiple projects, utilizing and sharing multiple resources.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
- The Senior Client Manager is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing a thorough understanding of the client's business, contributing to the client's strategic goals and initiatives, overseeing campaigns from start to finish, leading the delivery of high-quality, on-time, and on-budget agency services, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
- Help clients identify both strategic business problems and opportunities while serving as a trusted partner in effective solution implementation.
- Develop account plans, engagement strategies, and applicable client proposals based on Modifly capabilities and best practices.
- Provide clear communication and key client objectives to all team members with specific performance measures in place to assure maximum alignment with client goals.
- Serve as the resident expert in the client’s field speaking clearly to the competitive playing field, products, services, trends and digital positions within the industry.
- Deliver digital strategies aligned to core business objectives and roadmaps to activate.
- Identify opportunities and goals for clients, providing strategic recommendations to help grow their business.
- Run monthly and quarterly media strategy, development & delivery calls with clients & team.
- Work with new and current clients to understand where they stand today, how they compare to their competitors, what their users need and how their ecosystem should evolve and innovate to meet business goals.
- Be actively involved in the work, ensuring work is on track.
- Own the financial portfolio performance and future forecasting of clients.
- Provide direction to internal team for client work, including brief creation and initial kick off in partnership with client operations.
- Present high-level strategy work to Clients in partnership with internal team.
- Look to and close new opportunities and new work with clients.
- Build case studies of completed work for future BD pitches.
- Communicate succinctly within a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, internally and externally.
- Work with new business team internally to ensure proposals are aligned with internal team recommendations and KPI expectations are set appropriately.
