About the Role
As the Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at CG, you will lead the charge in steering our financial strategy and operations across different international markets. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate the financial planning and analysis activities across various regions and business units, ensuring a unified and strategic approach to our global financial landscape.
This role will require regular collaborate with international teams to provide strategic direction and harmonize our financial planning & analysis efforts worldwide. Your efforts will be crucial in shaping our financial framework, ensuring consistency in our global financial plans, and driving key financial decisions that align with our overarching corporate goals. Your leadership will not only involve managing and aligning our global FP&A team but also involve playing a key role in strategic analysis, decision-making, and risk management on a global scale.
What will your day look like? You will...
- Lead the development of comprehensive global financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with regional FP&A teams to gather and consolidate financial data.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial planning processes across different regions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support global strategic initiatives.
- Assess the financial impact of major business decisions and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align financial strategies with overall corporate objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial reports for executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze global financial performance against key performance indicators.
- Provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities affecting the organization on a global scale.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to understand and address specific financial challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among regional FP&A teams.
- Drive consistency in financial processes and reporting standards across regions.
- Identify and assess global financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on global opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage and develop a high-performing global FP&A team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members across different regions.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive global FP&A culture.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- Extensive experience in global financial planning and analysis, with a track record of managing global teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing teams in an international context.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable

Salary Range
The base salary range for this role is between $174,000 and $241,000. The total compensation package also includes equity, and the opportunity for additional earnings through our annual bonus or variable commission plans.
