About the Role

The Platform Operations Analyst - Finance will support the integration and operationalization of financial solutions across our platforms. This role will focus on ensuring the accurate flow of financial data within our systems, assisting with configuration, testing, and providing support to both the Finance and Platform teams. The analyst will contribute to maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the efficient operation of our financial platforms.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing financial data within platform systems. For example, you’ll assist in ensuring contractual terms are accurately configured within core platform systems.
    • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy across platforms.
    • Support the implementation of data governance processes within platform environments.
    • Assist in documenting data flows and platform configurations related to finance.
    • Support the operationalization of finance solutions for new and existing platform integrations.
    • Participate in the development and execution of testing frameworks for financial reporting and platform integrations.
    • Conduct Finance User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on platform-related financial functionalities.
    • Assist in identifying and documenting testing outcomes and issues.
    • Assist in investigating and resolving data anomalies and reporting issues within platform environments.
    • Identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows within platform operations and assist in the implementation.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 2 years of experience in a finance or data-related role.
    • Basic understanding of financial concepts and data management principles.
    • Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., Excel) and basic database concepts.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
    • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Ability to write SQL and/or previous exposure to Netsuite is a plus.

*This is a hybrid role based in our New York office, with in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
