Corporate Events Analyst

You'll be at the heart of our events strategy, working on everything from industry conferences to client VIP experiences. This is a remote position with occasional in-office requirements for event preparation. This role may require some travel and occasional weekend or after-hours work during event seasons.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate industry events for Cprime's participation
- Assist in managing event logistics, including contracts, vendors, and budgets
- Support the planning and execution of Cprime-hosted conferences, digital events, and experiential initiatives
- Help create engaging experiences for our clients and partners
- Maintain and ship event supplies as needed (requires occasional office visits)
- Contribute fresh ideas to elevate our event presence and impact
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning or marketing
- Experience with virtual event platforms
- Basic Knowledge of current event trends and technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Travel Requirements:
- This role requires up to 30% travel for events and off-sites.
