Join our team at Cprime and contribute to our mission of accelerating value by leveraging marketing and channel activities to source deals and drive revenue. As a Sales Solutions Specialist, you will spearhead exploratory discussions, assess, and successfully close business opportunities generated from marketing leads, as well as those that enhance our strategic partnerships.

What you will do:

    • Facilitate successful deal closures from partner leads, ensuring alignment with partnership revenue goals and contributing to the attainment of targets set for marketing-sourced opportunities.
    • Conduct comprehensive discovery calls to understand customer needs and drive successful deal closures.
    • Master Cprime's offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
    • Achieve quarterly quotas for meetings and net new logo sales, prioritizing partnership and marketing-sourced opportunities.
    • Lead intricate sales processes, collaborating closely with internal teams and engaging delivery experts as necessary.
    • Contribute to strategic statements of work, negotiate contracts for joint operations or ventures, and drive continued business growth post-initial deal facilitation.
    • Monitor market trends proactively to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Provide timely follow-up on all business opportunities, documenting prospecting activities meticulously in CRM systems.
    • Tailor demonstrations to suit customer needs and deliver impactful presentations.
    • Demonstrate adept problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, capable of deconstructing complex concepts on the fly.
    • Exhibit outstanding communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
    • Structure partnership deals to ensure mutual value creation for Cprime and its partners.
    • Display a comprehensive understanding of technology, including SaaS products and services.
    • Uphold keen attention to detail throughout the sales process to ensure accuracy.
    • Leverage background in IT with relevant certifications to enhance sales performance and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Previous experience in partner sales, account executive roles, or equivalent technical sales roles.
    • Preferably, a strong understanding of Salesforce and commercial sales.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales within a Partner management team at a technology company within a related industry/vertical of Cprime, or possessing deep knowledge of the Agile, DevOps, and Cloud market.
    • 5-7 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2 years in technical sales roles.
