What you will do:

    • Agile Leadership:
    • Lead and guide cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
    • Implement Agile frameworks and methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to good practices.
    • Delivery Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to release, ensuring timely and within-scope completion.
    • Facilitation of collaborative workshops
    • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team and across stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business teams.
    • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
    • Implement strategies to handle unexpected challenges and changes.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile teams, the broader organisation and yourself.
    • Conduct retrospectives and implement action plans for improvement.
    • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish and track key performance measures to track success.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
    • Client Engagement:
    • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Ensure alignment between outcomes and client objectives.
    • Tooling:
    • Proficient in Agile work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
    • Complimentary experience in training
    • Experience: 3+ years in Agile project management or related roles
