We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and support our diverse operational needs. The Operations Manager will be our task master in getting things done. They will oversee and manage various operational tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company. This role involves coordinating long-term initiatives, maintaining business licenses and certifications, arranging leadership retreat and quarterly meeting agendas, and supporting other administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Organize, lead, and strategically coordinate near-term and long-term corporate projects/initiatives, including generating creative solutions, content, and workflows to efficiently execute a variety of business- and operations-related projects.
- Compliance: Ensure all business licenses and certifications are up-to-date and compliant with regulations and contracts.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage leadership retreats and quarterly meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the executive team.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure cohesive operations, including close coordination with Chief Operating Officer to track company-wide corporate initiates, reporting progress weekly to Chief Executive Officer, and support with company-wide meeting presentation development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years proven experience in operations management, preferably within an engineering or consulting environment.
- Take ownership and organized to get things done.
- Strategic thinking to carry forward our company vision with all tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$70,000 - $125,000 a year
