The Internal Communications Specialist  is responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage our internal audience, globally. Reporting to the Performance Lead, you will translate business strategies into key messages, develop appropriate internal communications initiatives in support of those strategies, and assist in the execution of programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and shape our dynamic culture.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to support the execution of communication plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results.

-Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across Creadits that drives employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all lines of business.
-Develops communication materials using a variety of methods (written communications, presentation materials, Jira and other platforms, etc.) to articulate key messages.
-Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with our priorities and themes.
-Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the company's internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery, and identity.
-Assists in  internal messages and embody company culture celebrations such as birthday messages,  work anniversary etc. 
-Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes onboarding, Professional Development, People Operations and other programs and initiatives in support of our company goals and culture.
-Manages content for the company's intranet/ Wiki, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
-Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.
-Employee engagement initiatives: Plan and support employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. This may include organizing events, recognition programs, and employee surveys to gather feedback and suggestions.
-Collaboration and coordination: Partner with various departments and teams to gather information, interview subject matter experts, and create relevant content. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

-Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field preferred
-2+ years of relevant communications experience in a corporate or agency environment.
-Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills
-Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web and digital content preferred
-Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the company
-Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on time and on budget
-Highly motivated, priority-driven and collaborative
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups
-Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
