The Creative Lead needs to be very organized and detail-oriented. You will be expected to maneuver through tight deadlines and keep the team organized.  You enjoy creative direction and creative strategy when given creative concepts. You will help build the creative strategy system as we continue to grow and scale! 

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with the brand's identity, values, and goals
-Drive the creation of innovative and impactful concepts for various projects, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple channels and platforms
-Ensure consistency and adherence to the brand's visual and messaging guidelines across all creative outputs
-Oversee the entire creative process (from a creative POV) from concept to final execution
-Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
-Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative solutions that meet strategic objectives
-Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to infuse fresh ideas into projects
-Effectively present and articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients, explaining the rationale behind design choices
-Deep understanding of performance marketing and how to bring creative ideas to a tactic / test environment to ensure we not only meet but exceed KPIs Creative leadership, deep knowledge in creative trends 
-Capable of writing scripts for UGC content Understand and implement digital campaigns and creative strategies in the gaming space
-Comfortable and passionate of creating new ideas in all creative spaces (especially 2D and 3D/CGI production)
-Able to ideate a creative north star, present it to the client and once approved, create storyboards and production briefing to hand off the work to the creative production team 

About You
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communication).Proven experience (usually 8+ years) in a creative leadership role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects
-Strong understanding of design principles, visual communication, and storytelling
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies
-Experience working on International Campaigns
