Creative Post Production Scheduler

We are looking for a Creative Post Production Scheduler who will be an important addition to our creative team. As a Post Production scheduler, you will work with The Creadits Creative team and producers to help coordinate all creative team post production needs, ensuring all projects have the right talent and managing the team’s bandwidth calendar. The right person for this role will love working in production, post-production, and understand what’s needed from creative folks to complete the job and exceed expectations. You are a collaborator who is eager to facilitate team success along with working well with many different personalities. This position will be remote and help us cover our global team supporting different time zones.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide daily and long-term production and post-production resource planning
-Providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
-Be a resource for the CGI, 2D, and creative design team by scheduling editors, copywriters, designers and motion graphic animators etc as needed.
-Help hire independent contractors to assist with work overflow. This includes designers, video editors, assistant editors, motion graphics animators, video producers, developers
-Partner with the Production heads to develop weekly production bandwidth status reports for Creative Leads
-Monitor workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
-Work with the VP of Creatives to develop potential solutions to improve production performance and efficiencies
-Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
-Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
-Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-3+ years in scheduling / project management in entertainment marketing services, creative service agencies, network promotions or a similar field (Gaming, digital, marketing, and experiential a plus)
-Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms and Google Adwords
-Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects
-Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting to clients
-Primary skills include: excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and collaboration, problem solving, time and project management
-Ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
