We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Localization and LiveOps Manager, based in Japan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the gaming industry to lead and execute mobile game strategies while managing Live Operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee mobile game strategy and execution in various game projects.
-Manage and analyze Live Operations for a seamless and engaging gaming experience.
-Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes to maintain high-quality standards.
-Manage the localization and translation processes, collaborating with translation services and translators.
-Establish and maintain business relationships with translation services, influencers, media outlets, survey agencies, and part-time testers.
-Scout and partner with talented local game developers to enhance the gaming portfolio.


Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in the gaming industry, demonstrating a successful track record in mid-level management.
-Expertise in game design and monetization strategies.
-Experience in LiveOps or a similar role, preferably within the gaming sector.
-Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences.
-Strong leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
-Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
-Based in Tokyo Area
-Experience in launching at least one game title that includes live operations.
