 You will create programs and experiences to empower our people and managers with resources and frameworks they need to be successful in a global performance driven culture. -Collaborate and support the team on a variety of programs and work independently in developing learning strategies and solutions to support managers and leaders
-Drive and influence processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leader and team members' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
Oversees all aspects of learning development initiatives including onboarding, performance management, internal wiki content creation and implementation
-Partner with a variety of teams across the organization to enable the team to unlock their true potential and drive revenue
-Collect and analyze feedback and provide recommendations to improve learner experiences
-Evaluate customer needs (Managers & Staff) and desired outcomes, find solutions, and build identified areas of opportunity
-Help deliver communication and marketing strategies to increase the awareness and purpose of L&D programs
-Work across different locations and teams to ensure localization and compliance
-Bring awareness company wide on our internal resources
- Work closely with the people team and to play a meaningful role in creating and encouraging Creadits’ learning culture
-Work closely with Head of People to review programs for accuracy and quality, as well as HR metrics.
-Provide regular data reporting, sharing insights on the impact of learning and development programs and anticipated course corrections for a global scaling organization 

 Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree required
-5+ years Human Resources experience, knowledge of how to develop learning strategies, facilitation and design experiences for leaders and managers
-Experience in a similar role at a gaming or creative agency 
-Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
-Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management level
-Experience creating enablement materials for a global professional environment (e.g., internal wiki,  quick-start guides, demos, workflows)
