Director of Customer Success

The Director runs Creadits’ Customer Success function, responsible for client retention and account growth, reporting to the VP of Commercial, and in the interim, the CEO. You are appraised of inbound sales activity and may be involved in pitches to prospects. You will provide commercial account leadership as well as input to the supporting Creative Logistics division. Through you, the Logistics Division’s teams will develop client specific campaign plans that all ladderup to our organization-wide account plans. When you are successful, you can expect clients to increase their account size, leading to positive account growth.
What You’ll Do:
-Provide inspirational leadership, strategic vision and mentorship
-Build robust business plans and have a clear-eyed view of clients’ needs and budget realities
-Be the face and voice of Creadits to the clients’ senior leadership
-Responsible for understanding the strategic objectives of the business, especially the imperatives of each financial year, and creating key account goals from such objectives that are technically sound, feasible and timely
- Serve as a thought-leader/speaker for the company at industry events
