The Creative Quality Specialist/Project Specialist needs to be very organized and detail-oriented. As a Creative Quality Specialist, you will be expected to maneuver projects and handle deadlines. You should be good at problem-solving, and also be proficient in traffic management software.
Day to day responsibilities:
-Daily management of projects and account handling
-Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
-Managing daily schedules
-Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of quality control
-Review and apply brand guidelines and creative direction to large amounts of 2D and 3D creative deliverables
-Assess and provide feedback—quickly, effectively, and with impeccable attention to detail
-Coordinate with teams to identify information related to pieces of content
-Become a subject matter expert in multiple client brand guidelines
- Drive improvement quality control initiatives by providing guidance on policy development and executing projects that will enhance existing workflows
-Bachelor’s degree in the field of advertising, marketing, or some other business-related field.
-3+ years in project management or traffic management experience
-Advanced knowledge of ClickUp or a type of management software
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office and PC literate
-Proficient in all Apple Software and latest iOS
-Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.
-Experience with project planning and production life cycles
-Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with team members through out the company
-Meticulous attention to detail, as well as an understanding of the content moderation landscape
