We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to manage the continued growth in the EMEA region, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success.You have an entrepreneurial mindset and great partnership skills. The goal is to promote, expand, educate and ultimately grow accounts. You must be adaptable and process-oriented, able to manage various teams at once without sacrificing attention to detail.

You are responsible for the management of all commercial relationships with clients, putting together business plans for new and existing client contractual negotiations, and are responsible for ensuring that the commercial rigor of Creadits’ EMEA client proposals meet their business goals.  Additionally, you will be working with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver key results that are aligned with Creadits’ revenue strategy and goals.

What you'll be doing:
-Prospect and analyse and develop new initiatives and opportunities to achieve overall goals of business (revenue, strategy, efficiency)
-Maintain and create opportunities of growth for new and existing clients
-Operate effectively with clients ranging from large game publishers and major media companies to small indie developers
-Assist in developing and streamlining policies and business processes across the growth and performance team
 -Partner closely with internal creative teams to support key projects on business and operational issues throughout development and delivery
-Manage growth in P&L within EMEA accounts-Develop strategies for new or existing opportunities

Your background:
-8+ years experience with gaming, digital media, social media, and advertising
-8+ years with business development experience
-3+ years with management experience
-Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for gaming and entertainment
-Creative, self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments
-Experience in motivating and positively engaging people that build trust and enthusiasm
