You will help drive strategic business planning, support and direct change management throughout the organization, support and help drive enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives while building and maintaining key relationships across the organization. You will manage pre-production/budgeting, production, post-production and production planning for development . 

You will work closely with the CEO in the following ways: Serve as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner.Help lead and initiate change throughout the organization.Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation until a more formal project is established.Review and refine budgets, calendar & schedules, and manage the day-to-day production workflow for various genres and price points.Think strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas.Proactively address pressing business issues that need immediate attention.Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback. 


Key Responsibilities:

-Implement the appropriate tools and measurement systems Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress on metrics aligned with strategy.
-Partner with Senior Management to proactively identify financial opportunities and risks and provide mitigation strategies to achieve budget targets.
-Understand business needs and challenges to collaboratively develop and implement innovative solutions and interdepartmental workflow improvements
-Onboard, mentor, oversee and work closely with the creative operations and talent sourcing team  to help steer them to successful completion on schedule and on budget for various projects
-Build connections across all leadership of the organization.Partner with the leadership team to define, prepare and communicate organisational plans, including quarterly, annual and 3-year strategy, commercial, staffing, and development plans.
-Support CEO in the preparation of board, executive committee, and presentations.
-Collaborate with the leadership team, customer success, product development, creative solutions, HR and finance to track, analyze and report technology performance per SLAs, KPIs, project goals, and change initiatives, as needed.
-Analyse and report performance based on strategies and business goals and recommend areas needing improvement.
-Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the department head and identifying potential solutions.
-Significantly improve overall business acumen and governance (performance metrics), operational, organizational, and financials.Continue to enhance transparency (dashboards) on performance and progress.


Qualifications:

-BA/BS in a quantitative field required; MBA preferred
-10 + years experience in a highly analytical role in Banking, Strategy, Finance or equivalent quantitative roles, including 5+ years at a Animation, media company, or entertainment company
-Strong production leadership experience in creating and assessing budgets, achievements, and schedules for CGI/ 3D / 2D series and third-party productions
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, process and team building skills
-Superior proficiency with valuation analysis, modeling, portfolio management, and understanding of growth drivers
-Experience with P&L management and forecastingProven track record of building, leading, and developing teams in a high-growth organization
