As the General Manager of EMEA in our London office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations in the region. You will oversee all aspects of the office, from business development and client relations to team management and strategic planning. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry and contribute to the company's global success.

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the uniqueness of the EMEA region while in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Determine the budget required specifically for the region to drive overall success in the region.
- Drive marketing, business growth, and expansion initiatives throughout the region.

Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with CreatorIQ’s Revenue organization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, industry stakeholders, and the occasional influencer where possible.

Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Day-to-day management of the cross-functional teams, with a dotted line back to organization leaders for overall operational process and consistency.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Client Success:
- Work closely with the client success team to ensure client satisfaction, product adoption, and the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Address client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner, acting as a local escalation point when required.

Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the technology, marketing, or influencer industry.
    • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
    • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
    • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans and initiatives.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively to clients and stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Familiarity with the influencer marketing industry and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
