what is CRED?

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team.

what will you do:

    • leading the development of scalable operational tools and systems by collaborating with engineering and product teams to strategize, design, and implement solutions that align with business goals
    • own and drive the strategic onboarding of new business verticals into operations, including comprehensive planning, resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, and evaluation of performance outcomes
    • lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
    • lead deep-dive analysis of operational data for Campaign, Payment and Cash operations to uncover strategic insights, forecast operational trends, identify risks, and propose improvements
    • influence cross functional decisions through insightful reporting and recommendations
    • develop and oversee performance metrics, implementing comprehensive governance processes
    • lead root cause analyses for critical operational issues, developing sustainable and impactful solutions
    • act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across various departments, aligning operational processes with long-term business objectives and strategic initiatives
    • manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, creating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth

you should apply if you:

    • possess 5-10 years of experience in strategic operations management
    • have extensive experience in Fintech Operations
    • demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, systems, and methodologies
    • have proven experience in senior roles such as senior product manager, senior program manager, or operational strategy lead within a Fintech environment
    • exhibit strategic thinking with an exceptional ability to execute tactical plans
    • have proven experience in process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
    • demonstrate exceptional ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
