Are you ready to help build the future of Cresta’s Go To Market and Business Teams? Do you love shaping and building Talent Acquisition practices while achieving ambitious hiring goals? Cresta is hiring a GTM Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and inspire future members of Cresta’s team.  

This role will focus heavily on building our Enterprise Sales talent pipeline to drive Cresta’s revenue and growth plan.  You will also lead recruiting efforts across the broader GTM and Business teams.  

You will drive the full-life-cycle recruiting process, while also collaborating with the People team and hiring teams to build and improve our Talent Acquisition foundational practices and systems. You’ll work cross-functionally to build a diverse team of talented, driven people who accomplish amazing things together.

We are a remote-friendly organization and this role can be located anywhere across the United States, you must be willing to flex to Pacific Coast hours as many of our hiring teams are based on the West Coast. We have offices located in Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York City, Toronto, and Berlin.

What you'll do

    • Partner and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive team and direct hiring managers
    • Partner with the hiring manager to understand and prioritize what are the talent profile needs, convey the market/talent landscape, and set up sourcing and interview plans
    • Source, identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates to inspire their interest in opportunities at Cresta
    • Deliver innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and increase 
    • Monitor and maintain the health of our pipelines, and share timely updates with internal stakeholders
    • Advise hiring managers on best practices and tools
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up
    • Achieve staffing goals within desired timeframes
    • Actively seek out opportunities to build and improve our processes to improve our delivery
    • Maintain ATS database hygiene and provide regular pipeline updates
    • Utilize our internal systems to generate reports to provide insights into recruitment metrics and performance
    • Drive to create an awesome experience for our hiring teams and candidates

What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of experience managing full lifecycle recruitment across various GTM roles in the Tech and SaSS industries
    • Enterprise Sales recruitment experience is a must, you are experienced at negotiating and closing deals with senior sales talent
    • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent years of experience
    • Must have experience and a proven track record with sourcing, engaging, and enabling passive candidates and developing strategies to build a diverse pipeline
    • Possess a strong sense of urgency with the ability to juggle multiple positions
    • Ability to consistently contribute at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
    • Expertise in building partnerships with hiring managers and being a talent coach/advisor
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders and all levels of management. You have experience drafting clear communications demonstrating discretion, good judgment, and attention to detail
    • Experience using/managing ATS workflows and vigilant about keeping a clean database
    • Optimist and resourceful problem solver
    • You seek to understand and improve the efficacy of your work and talent processes by analyzing data and identifying and deploying improvements
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
