The People & Talent Coordinator will get the opportunity to work closely with Cresta’s small but mighty People and Talent Acquisition team. This means having the opportunity to work on People team priorities with a primary focus on our Talent Acquisition processes. This includes guiding, supporting and facilitating the recruitment process. Iterating and implementing best practices for scheduling and coordination. Getting involved in metrics and data tracking, playbook creations, interns, onboarding, and more!

What you'll be doing

    • Administrative support: post job openings, assist the TA Lead with maintaining and updating candidate databases (ie. we use Lever), submit candidate background checks, and organize recruitment-related documentation.
    • Interview coordination: facilitate the interview process by scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers and coordinating logistics. 
    • Candidate sourcing: leveraging various platforms to support recruitment in ensuring steady pipeline (ie. Linkedin, job boards, and ATS).
    • Onboarding assistance: collaborate with the HR team to support facilitating onboarding of new hires. 
    • Additional projects and responsibilities may be identified based on emerging team priorities

What we're looking for

    • 2+ years experience of candidate care, recruitment, sourcing, or HR administration 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across Cresta 
    • Thrive in rapid pace, dynamic and remote first environments 
    • Experience executing while also shaping new processes
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
    • Experience with G-Suite, Notion, and Lever is a bonus
