As the Director of Demand Generation & Content Marketing, you will manage all aspects of Crosschq’s marketing lead generation efforts through both online and offline channels. This is a broad role that includes demand generation, content marketing, ABM, online advertising, SEO, email, web, field events and more. We’re looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of driving growth and can thrive in an early stage high-growth environment. -Grow pipeline and sales qualified opportunities through effective creation of a high quality and scaleable demand generation operation
-Establish data-oriented practices to optimize performance and continually improve the efficiency and impact of marketing channels; SEM, SEO, email, display, re-targeting
-Manage the demand gen budget thoughtfully, making strategic bets on key investments
-Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that takes advantage of current hiring discussions and inserts Crosschq into those conversations
-Take responsibility for Crosschq’s marketing tech stack and vendor partners and make recommendations for tech investments that support growth
-Stay current on growth marketing trends, best practices and benchmarks and drive experimentation and evolution of our marketing channels
-Manage Crosschq’s website and optimize conversion of leads through organic traffic
-Develop a plan for field events to drive greater customer awareness
-Monitor pipeline data and performance regularly, and identify opportunities and strategies to improve
-Proven track record of driving growth through varied marketing channels at a B2B company targeting the enterprise segment.
-5+ years demand gen or growth marketing experience at a B2B company, 10+ years of marketing experience overall
-Experience building and leading high-performing demand generation teams
