By joining our rapidly growing post-production support team,you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery.  

What You'll Do:

    • Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies 
    • Manage client relationships and effectively resolve client support requests, ensuring their satisfaction and success
    • Configure, set up, and provide ongoing Coupa administration for clients, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency
    • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs, contributing to our clients' continuous improvement.
    • Create new dashboards, save searches, and design custom workflows 
    • Manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/Metrics, custom reports and fields
    • Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert, integrating Coupa with various applications and providing valuable insights and guidance to clients
    • Conduct client trainings within Coupa modules when necessary
    • Effectively communicate with clients, providing project updates, configuration recommendations, and sharing Coupa best practices to optimize their business operations

What You'll Bring:

    • 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation or integration of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.)
    • Strong business acumen, with a functional understanding of core accounting processes, organizational structure, GL, departments, classes, legal entity/subsidiaries, order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and more
    • Ability to prioritize requests by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
    • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
    • The ability to create and effectively communicate end-to-end solutions to technical teams, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
    • Coupa certification preferred
