CrossCountry is seeking an experienced field marketing manager to design and execute multi-channel marketing programs for our markets across the US. In this role, you will work closely with the office leads, other local stakeholders, and the marketing team to build and implement robust, results-oriented market plans to increase brand awareness, engage and nurture target audiences, and generate demand. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, strategic marketer who also enjoys working in the details and driving efforts through to completion.

What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute tailored multi-channel marketing plans for each of our markets in alignment with the firm’s overall marketing and communications strategy and market business priorities
    • Build strong relationships with the practice leaders and teams and serve as a strategic business partner who proactively contributes creative ideas and marketing best practices
    • Manage the strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and reporting of local marketing efforts, including campaigns, sponsorships, hosted events, and account-based tactics
    • Lead the execution and tailoring of corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns in the markets
    • Prepare local content for applicable marketing channels (e.g., social media, digital ads) and partner with the marketing team channel owners to implement
    • Collaborate with leadership and other subject matter experts to develop location-specific messaging and materials where needed in alignment with corporate messaging and brand guidelines
    • Facilitate monthly and ad-hoc planning discussions and check-ins with local leads and stakeholders
    • Provide reporting on results by market and manage the market budgets
    • Help oversee the marketing operations function, with a particular focus on the customer experience (e.g., web leads, customer/account insights)
    • Assist with other corporate strategic marketing initiatives as bandwidth permits

What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related degree) from an accredited university
    • 7+ years of experience in multi-channel B2B marketing planning and execution, including experience in field marketing, events, and campaign execution, and account-based marketing, preferably in the professional services industry
    • Strong executive presence and ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups to drive results
    • In-depth understanding of marketing channels and how to effectively leverage them in support of brand building and generating demand
    • Ability to work independently and manage concurrent market plans and initiatives through effective project management and attention to detail
    • Prior experience in the finance and accounting space preferred, as well as familiarity with marketing operations and systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Confidence and enthusiasm to learn, contribute, and innovate as part of a growing team and firm
