By joining our collaborative Internal Operations Team, you will play a key role in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our sales team. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of delivery. 

What You’ll Do

    • Enhance sales process by streamlining the end-to-end sales process, implement tools to advance workflow and create plans to deliver desired results
    • Utilize CRM data to generate reports/dashboards on sales performance and provide recommendations based on data analysis
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts/budgets and monitor actual performance by providing variance analysis
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills of the team
    • Act as a liaison between sales and other teams to address operational challenges and ensure alignment of efforts
    • Evaluate, implement, and direct sales technology tools and provide ongoing training for the team
    • Develop and implement sales policies and procedures and regularly update documentation
    • Support sales team in developing, achieving, and enhancing sales enablement program
    • Oversee and create a variety of sales stakeholder communications including sales enablement library, meeting presentations, agendas, and follow up communications
    • Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering their professional growth and development

What You’ll Bring

    • 7+ years prior experience in Sales Operations
    • 7+ years prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm)
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
    • Experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related technologies
    • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
