This is a high-visibility role based in our San Francisco office, providing direct support to the Office Managing Partner of the West Coast and serving as a key driver of office operations and culture.
 
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Managing Partner through calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. In addition, you will be the face of the San Francisco office, working alongside the West Coast Business Manager to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both employees and guests. Your support will also reach other West Coast offices, helping to drive consistency and operational excellence across the region.

What You'll Do:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Office Managing Partner of the West Coast and multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and handling confidential information with discretion
    • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, leadership events, and client engagements (including venue selection, catering, materials preparation, and follow-up communications)
    • Collaborate with executive assistants and administrative staff across all CrossCountry offices
    • Assist with the execution of contracts, agreements, and other operational documents as needed
    • Manage office access, parking, and general employee inquiries
    • Coordinate conference room reservations, ensure supplies are stocked, and assist with tech setup and access instructions as needed
    • Maintain office conditions daily, keeping them tidy, managing inventory levels and restocking supplies, watering plants, ordering flowers, arranging necessary repairs, etc.  Ensure kitchen areas (including refrigerator) are clean and in good working order regularly.
    • Partner with the West Coast Business Manager and building management to maintain smooth office operations and resolve facility-related issues
    • Support in-person recruiting efforts by coordinating interview logistics and collaborating with the Recruiting team and being on site to assist candidates
    • Manage mail distribution, shipping requests, swag inventory, and catering for meetings and events
    • Provide occasional front desk coverage and support for before/after-hours events and offsite meetings
    • Take on special projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations
    • Physical demands include, but are not limited to, frequently walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, squatting, stooping/bending, lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs
    • Requirement to be onsite in our SF shared coworking office Monday through Thursday (Financial District- Embarcadero), with remote flexibility on Fridays.

What You'll Bring:

    • 5+ years of related business experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
    • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
    • Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
For applicants located in San Francisco, CA, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $95,000-$145,000 per year + year-end bonus + additional benefits.
