We are seeking a Communications Senior Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our presence and strategies.

What You'll Do:

    • Social media ~60-70% of time; broader communications support for the remainder
    • Manage a monthly social media editorial calendar and our corporate social media platforms/posts to help build brand awareness and in support of marketing initiatives, conferences and events, thought leadership, corporate announcements, culture and Belonging, community activities, recruiting, etc.
    • Create compelling social content and formats, including video, to engage audiences; generate ideas to increase engagement
    • Manage the employee social advocacy program and related onboarding sessions
    • Develop social media training resources to help educate and enable practitioners on how to's, best practices, etc.
    • Maintain corporate templates and collateral and support other quick-turn design needs
    • Provide additional support across the communications function, such as with internal communications, intranet site updates, and reporting

What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations (or a related degree)
    • 3+ years of experience in social media for B2B and using it to drive brand awareness and engagement
    • Knowledge of social media best practices, strategies, and KPIs as well as design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
    • Excellent attention to detail, including with post copy, hashtags, links, creative, adherence to brand guidelines, etc.
    • Strong communicator and collaborator, including with leadership and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work independently to manage all social media activity and platforms through effective project management
    • Confidence and enthusiasm to learn and contribute as part of a growing team and company
    • Experience with an employee advocacy program and AI-based tools a plus
