By joining our Marketing and Communications team, you will serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and strategic alliance partners. You’ll bring your marketing expertise, creativity, and relationship-building skills to design and deliver integrated programs that strengthen our brand, amplify partner solutions, and drive firmwide growth. With support from experienced leaders and a collaborative community, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact—contributing  to innovative strategies that drive meaningful results.

What You'll Do

    • Design and Execute  Strategic Marketing Plans: Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for key solutions and partnerships, aligned with firmwide growth goals.
    • Partner for Impact: Collaborate with alliance partners and internal leaders to launch go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Deliver Targeted Campaigns: Collaborate with practice leaders and stakeholders to design and execute high-impact campaigns and compelling content, including the supporting content, assets, and event programs.
    • Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging and brand-aligned collateral, case studies, thought leadership, videos, and and other marketing channel content that showcase our expertise and value.
    • Leverage AI Tools: Leverage AI tools to streamline execution, optimize performance, and measure ROI across campaigns.
    • Build Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, serving as a go-to marketing advisor who aligns initiatives with business needs.
    • Support Growth Across the Firm: Contribute to other solutions and partner marketing programs as needed, demonstrating versatility and collaboration.

What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 6+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or the technology/finance ecosystem.
    • Proven success in partner marketing with technology solution providers or VARs.
    • Strong knowledge of how to maximize owned and partner marketing channels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.
    • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Agility and curiosity to thrive as a full-stack marketer in an evolving landscape.
    • Ability to work from our Tysons/McLean, VA office at least two days per week.
