The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage a new audience through digital channels. This includes leading strategy for our paid digital advertising campaigns and influencer strategies, working with cross-functional teams to optimize the CrossFit and CrossFit Games website for new audiences, and collaborating with CrossFit’s Partnerships team on marketing and sales initiatives tapping into new audiences. The role requires a strong background in digital marketing, audience growth, data analytics, SEO, and team leadership. The Director of Growth Marketing is key in driving brand growth and new to CrossFit audience.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:            
      Audience Growth Strategy:
      Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and retain new audiences across digital channels.
      Utilize data analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
      Paid Digital Advertising:
      Lead growth marketing capabilities across paid and owned channels; creating and managing a roadmap that drives consumer demand, leads to higher conversions and improves ROAS
      Develop and implement social commerce strategies that drive online sales within key platforms
      Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on key metrics.
      Oversee performance tracking and calibration on a daily basis, using it to inform real time campaign optimizations and budget allocations
      Influencer & Creator Strategy
      Work with external content creators and agencies to procure placements on key influencer channels, with a focus on reaching new & priority audiences.
      Public Relations Management:
      Partner with CMO to manage the public relations team to develop and execute PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
      Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other relevant partners.
      Website Optimization:
      Collaborate with the Product and Publishing team to optimize the website for new audiences, focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimization.
      Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
      Partnership Collaboration
      Partner with the partnerships team to identify and capitalize on marketing and sales opportunities with strategic partners, allowing us to tap into their audience bases.
      Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
      Leadership:
      Collaborate with a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
      Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

      Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns and driving audience growth.
      Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing techniques.
      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
      Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
     Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and audience development.
