Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET Core and experience in infrastructure, software development, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building innovative solutions, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to complex and impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Architecture team to understand design requirements and construct solutions that meet production standards.
- Integrate technical solutions with enterprise systems while following Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on client preferences.
- Take ownership of designated project areas, providing accurate task estimations and managing timelines.
- Serve as the primary client contact for technical project aspects, offering support, guidance, and technical insights.
- Build and maintain project maps and deliver implementations aligned with client requirements.
- Develop, deploy, and manage OS hardening procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Anticipate risks associated with implementations and propose solutions for optimization.
- Manage internal documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions meet client expectations.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging and provide continuous improvements for the applications.
- Act as a technical leader, mentoring and guiding junior consultants and team members.
- Lead the team in adhering to best practices and implementing scalable solutions.
- Ensure professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all technical tasks, fostering client confidence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical escalations and decision-making, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).
- +8 years of experience in software development or infrastructure networking.
- Expertise in .NET (Dot Net) Core, Software Development Processes, API/Web Service design, and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline setup, and containerized environments.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes as runtime platforms.
- Strong knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL, OData) and working with REST JSON APIs.
- Solid experience in relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with messaging systems like AMQ, and experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and travel as required
- Experience with containers, microservices, and API management tools.
$105,000 - $133,000 a year
