Crowd Cast is a Tokyo based Fintech startup. Staple, our core product, is a payment management solution to simplify the payment process between a company and its employees.

Our office is part of a shared workspace located in the financial district of Tokyo. We value the quality of our code putting emphasis on code reviews and testing.

Skills & Qualifications

    • English(Business Level)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with e2e UI testing, automated testing, and other testing processes in a relevant field
    • Working experience with mobile(iOS/Android software/device) testing
    • Knowledge of Javascript testing frameworks(Jest/Enzyme/Sinon)

Nice to have

    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript ES6
    • Knowledge of AWS and Heroku
    • Working experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React
    • Performance testing, profile and tuning
    • Knowledge/experience with Google analytics
    • Experience outsourcing/managing QA activities

Daily Responsibilities

    • Test current and upcoming features/products to identify deficiencies
    • Define and implement QA planning strategies and best practices
    • Identify key product quality metrics and collect data
    • Prepare and present reports to the rest of the team
    • Participate in monthly engineering meetings and product meetings
    • Be proactive and give your professional input to the rest of the team

    • Business hours 9:00~18:00(1 hour lunch break)

Salary structure

    • Yearly total salary : Around 5.5 M JPY(includes 2 fixed bonuses)
