Revenue Operations Lead


We're looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Operations Manager who is ready to expand their focus from a single department to an entire organization. In this role you will have the opportunity to have your hands on the heartbeat of CrowdRiff and work with every department to maximize growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with our CEO to see the big picture of CrowdRiff and turn that into actionable insight for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.

Your background

You know your way around Apex Triggers and Process Builders, and likely call yourself a Salesforce expert. Curiosity has led you through projects that weren't completely defined, and helped you uncover business gaps and opportunities. If someone asked you what your LTV/CAC ratio is, you could rhyme it off in your sleep. Building a strong team is something you’re excited by and have done before, or ready to take it on for the first time. You should understand how a SaaS business ticks, have a polished business acumen, love technology and have a sense of adventure.

What you’ll do

Define and build new Sales, Marketing and Customer Success processes with team leadsIntegrate best in class tools to support process and prepare for future needsDevelop and implement comprehensive SFDC funnel reporting tools tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue realization, account development and retentionResearch, analyze, interpret, and present key company metrics to teams leadsCollaborate with team leads to prepare accurate quarterly forecasting and identify potential gapsIdentify new opportunities for the business through metrics and industry trendsRecognize your peers for leading by example, inspiring, and being awesomeBe excited by blazing a new trail every day.
